These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Motozep website and your dealings with Rahul Industries. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

We manufacture motorcycle accessories and iron shuttering items. Product images and illustrations are representative; actual products may vary slightly in finish or dimension due to the manufacturing process.

We make every effort to keep product information accurate, but specifications may be updated without prior notice.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding order. Orders are confirmed only after pricing, quantity, and delivery terms are mutually agreed in writing or over WhatsApp.

Prices are quoted on request and may vary with order quantity, raw-material costs, and specifications. Bulk and wholesale pricing is available for retailers, mechanics, and distributors.

Payment terms, including any advance, are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Orders are dispatched as per the agreed payment terms.

We deliver pan-India through third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by location, order size, and factors outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes on dispatch. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report transit damage promptly.

Manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable period of delivery will be reviewed and, where valid, repaired or replaced. Custom-made items and items damaged through misuse, improper fitment, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

The Motozep name, brand, content, and design of this website belong to Rahul Industries and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the value of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
